"I came to cycle gear to buy a helmet, which I did end up buying. While walking around in the store looking for more gear to buy, an older gentleman that works at cycle gear kept following me around and staring at me aggressively. The employee never spoke to me, just stood about 15 to 20 feet away from me watching me. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable feeling. "

"There were two cashiers that did not have customers and I inquired about the sizing on the cooling under garments. Only on cashier answered, but he did not help me with sizing. He told me to get the size I normally buy. I advised him that I wear XL to XXXL and he said that I could get whatever size because it will stretch. Then when I used his lane to check out, he picked up a smart phone and was looking at and tapping the screen, but never made eye contact with me. I feel like I would've been more appreciated as a customer if I had ordered my purchase online."

"Went in to get supplies for an oil change, brake pad replacements, and warm weather garments. The salesperson was able to research OE products and offer similar aftermarket options. The salesperson was also able to give pros and cons and offer an opinion as to which product best fit my needs at my price point."
"Needed new tires for the Harley so I contacted Cycle Gear, Sacramento they had the tires in stock. Got the wheels off the bike and took them in and spoke with Paris in parts. I had the new tires mounted and balanced within 1hr and 30 min and out the door. Got the wheels and new tires back on the bike, the whole process took approximately 3-4 hrs.

"I have always had good luck in the tire department, not so much in the jacket department. The guys didn't go out of their way to help me. I may have expected to much, maybe its just a covid thing. Unless you shop on line, it's the only game in town.

"Matt was very helpful in picking out a helmet and Bluetooth. Matt explained all the features of both like he really knew the products. Matt installed the Bluetooth on the helmet and off I went. After wearing the helmet while watching tv that evening(before I took it on the road), pressure points were developing so the next day I returned the helmet and had the same great experience from another clerk finding another helmet. Cashiers were very helpful with the exchange and off I went. Riding for a week and I am very confident of my purchase. I will be back buying my jacket tomorrow. Service and product, good job."
